Experience, curiosity, and a good eye for patterns.
I have been practicing massage therapy since graduating from Roane State’s massage therapy program in 2009.
My background also includes physiological psychology and brain-mapping work at the University of Tennessee, personal training, EMT and rescue-squad experience, and years of studying how trauma, anxiety, whiplash, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune patterns affect the body.
I am a tracker and observer by nature. I pay attention to posture, movement, compensation patterns, old injuries, nervous-system responses, and the small clues people often overlook.
My work is direct, thoughtful, and tailored to the person on the table. Some clients need strong structural work. Some need the nervous system to settle before the muscles will cooperate. Most need a blend.
